Spent some time analyzing Intedat. Interesting product, but it reads like another prospecting tool while the real value is automating B2B pipeline generation. That difference could dramatically change perceived value. Happy to share the breakdown if useful. -

Still surprised these guys haven't made a full release yet, its already has a lot of features than I thought it would - I personally use their hostedgpt for organizing my threads the interface is much better than chatgpt but they didnt add a settings features to it yet - for chatbot building its fully flesh-out couldnt have choosen a better service!

I'm in real-estate wholesaling in Miami and heard about it from a friend in my local business group. I wasn't sure about trying new software, but they offered a free trial so I gave it a shot. Their rep Andres was really helpful getting me set up. Within about 3 months I noticed a decent increase in callbacks, which has helped my business. Overall, VoiceDrop has been worth the cost so far. The process of actually creating a bot is so simple, even the free chatbot. Although the mobile compatibility was issue before, it seems to have been resolved by now.

Had several issues with app, beginning with a refresh needed to find the upload (figured out while waiting for help desk). Relatively straightforward conversion, rearranged fields, merged integer and text field. Conversion was Ok on first 30 lines and 2 pages, second 25 lines needed more manual editing. Was going to rate lower, tried Parseur was even worse.
