The cost transparency in the response headers is genuinely useful for us as a team building on top of AI; we can now log, display, and report on exact token costs per request. The O(1) memory compression is the real technical differentiator. Long AI conversations tend to degrade in quality and balloon in cost — Lexi solves both problems simultaneously. Heya Tech! The app used to be free, but it looks like it’s been updated to a paid only plan starting at $12.95 per month.

Gave it a quick try and it seems like a useful tool. I'm not 100% sure how accurate it is yet, will get a paid account to test more. An article I put in as a test that was written by AI but manipulated a few times and passed other AI detectors scored 99% AI in this app. Pretty huge difference! They way they quote pricing is misleading. They say 1 credit for 100 words BUT that is for AI detection OR plagiarism/readability. If you have both turned on, it is double that. Still a fairly reasonable price but not thrilled with how they quietly slip in a 100% price increase.

It is free and provides decent summery and advice I wish it could do an entire pass of a text it can only examine a limited selection so if you have a large text you want to run through you have to do a lot of Copy & Paste then confirm every time your a human. Still it is a free tool and works well for what its designed to do.
