I’ve been using Collate to go through technical PDFs, and it’s been surprisingly handy. Summarizing docs and being able to ask questions directly saves me time, especially when I’m skimming through research or API references. Warp is probably the best CLI on the Mac Platform, even better when you are in the middle of that complex linux string and you think How do I...just ask the AI and it will give you that answer you forget all those years ago.

I tried other tools aswell, this was the only accurate. Other ais didn't even get the country right. Compared to the others it had the advantage that I could specify the area in which the location was. I only tried it once so far but I am satisfied.

Local SEO has never been easier. The Local Falcon AI recommendations have worked so well that our ranking has has increased by 8 to 10 positions for literally five of the keywords that people use to find our business. Now they have Apple Maps/ Apple Business Connect rank tracking too (no AI recommendations for Apple Maps yet though - but I would guess that is coming soon). Super impressed.

tested it on a few neighborhoods. the interface is so stripped down it almost feels unfinished, quick to load but u might hunt for extra fillers. the data look on point, yet they dont dive deep into data sources to explain. overall accuracy feeks solid and the map is smooth, just wish it talked more about the results.
