Spokenly feels genuinely practical for people who prefer talking through ideas instead of typing everything manually. I also like that offline/local support is included since a lot of dictation tools still depend completely on the cloud.

Try Speak feels much more interactive than traditional language learning apps. I like tools that focus on actually practicing conversation and speaking confidence instead of only memorizing vocabulary lists.

Very unnatural and hard to listen to voice and free limits that are way too low

I have been using this app for a month on a laptop with just 4GB of VRAM, and it has been performing exceptionally well. Surprisingly, it's the only available option for local voice recognition that operates without an internet connection. The developer is actively making continuous improvements, enhancing the program's functionalities progressively. I strongly recommend it.

Useful tool which I’ve enjoyed but it doesn’t notify you of free trial expiring like it said it would, so it just took my money 😅 but I’ll continue using it and see if my languages improve.

Great AI voices, though still monotonous and robotic, or rather too neutral, with almost zero voice inflections! Excellent to read news, articles, essays, and any nonfiction books. BTW, computers should be allowed to TALK to us for free, like in the Star Trek TV series. Our future grandchildren will laugh at us for "paying" to use this everyday option, biting the hook to "monthly subscriptions" like gullible fish and then getting up to 1,000 words per month" under the so-called Pro version ;-) This is crazy!

I’m the developer of ClaviSay, and I’ve always struggled with learning foreign languages. But since I need to use them for work, I wondered if I could create an AI that would help me read more efficiently and save unfamiliar words—all while I’m actually reading content like BBC or Medium. Now I’ve made it happen—ClaviSay. All features are free, so feel free to use them as you like. You can also provide feedback at any time; ClaviSay offers a dedicated feedback channel. Thank you all.

I didn't get to the voices. I don't give my credit card information up front. I clicked away as soon as I saw that. It's a shame too, the pricing structure looked great.

Whether you're looking to convert written content into speech or vice versa, the platform's intuitive design ensures a smooth and efficient experience.

Sounds better than any other tool I've tried for TTS, and the Public Library concept is really smart. Sweet tool!
