Marek Arcila🛠️ 1 tool 🙏 20 karmaJul 31, 2025as a quick "turn this wall of text into something i can actually do" gadget, this one really slaps. i wouldn't replace my real task manager with it yet, but for breaking down assignment prompts at 1 am, it's a lifesaver -

The tool itself is great, being able to just share something to the app and come back to at when you want is an amazingly usefull feature. I love how simple the app is to use along with the simpleness of the spaces feature. The app is just great, also there is a small error in the futurepedia posting, plans start from $6 which is a bargain. Yes the product does have some kinks to iron out and plenty of features that are probably already on their way, but i'm excited to be on the journey and will keep using this product for a long time :)

Finding the perfect calendar, task, and habit-tracking app that uses AI to intelligently schedule tasks with minimal interaction has been a quest. Day Flow is the closest I've found to my ideal solution. It's not perfect, but it's really good and incredibly helpful.
