Well it forwarded me to an extra subscription on it's own site. And that on the first try without being able to test it. Does not seem free to me.

Did it display any pricing? I managed to find the "Pro subscription" menu but it states no price and when you hit try pro just ports you back to the app, I`ve tested the app with 10 different videos. Worked like a charm ,most probably it has a built in pro feature for near future, or forgotten there.

I just used it in ChatGPT and on the first use, giving it a yt link to summarize it asked me to login and do the pro subscription.

Its quite useful, If you can add additional features like Mindmap - how Notebook.lm does it, it would be even better! really good tool. Love the flashcards history part to refesh everything. Stops me from mindlessly watching hrs together of youtube

Far away from what I was expecting to perform. If it records the screen, it doesn't entirely record the voice in the lecture resulting in 'empty' screen record with no notes or text to summarise. Not to mention that it doesn't monitor what is on the screen in terms of lecture evolution and explanations as such.

It's progressed and can summarize videos, but still missing some information (i gave it the last Uncle Roger video and it made sense of it fast, but it says, quote "they leave the shop without buying anything" when, in fact, he left over 100$ at the shop. Baby steps

I had a dream to learn a lot of mathematics, but I didn’t have enough time for that so now I’m using this app to generate complete “book” for all the lectures. Overall speech recognition is good enough so it can understand all the terms I need. Summarization is good too. Looking forward for new types of schemas, so it will be interesting to organize all the topics.

I chose to install this app and it said it's added to my desktop - don't see it anywhere and it's not in my list of apps. I agreed to the terms, it said it sent an email - I received no email. Went to YouTube and opened a video - there's no "generate" there. What am I missing??

Did you install the extension through the chrome web store? It shouldn't add anything to your desktop or send you an email haha. If you look at the extension page it says my email is [email protected], please shoot me a line and I'll help figure out what's going on
