Monisha G N🙏 12 karmaOct 15, 2025@Hire22.aiI recently used hire22.ai to find a job and was impressed with the anonymous job matching feature, which allowed me to showcase my skills without bias. The platform's AI-powered matching engine was surprisingly accurate, and I received interview calls within 22-72 hours. Overall, hire22.ai streamlined my job search process, saving me time and effort

5,335155Released 2y agoNo pricingThis tool did not match me with job postings; it provided a report on which job titles I was most qualified for based on a copy of my resume. It was obviously not accurate and catered to what I had posted as my career plan/dream in the next 5 years.

34,99412Released 2mo agoFree + from $80/mo👋 Hey TAAFT — Ahmed here, founder of Merra. Merra replaces first-round interviews with a conversational AI interview—real back-and-forth with clarifying follow-ups (not one-way video). You choose the voice, tone, language, questions, pass threshold, and duration. Review a match fit score with per area analysis and evaluation, plus the full video & transcript for transparency. Live today: Create → Invite → Review in minutes, brief candidate feedback by default, and GDPR-friendly defaults (video kept 30 days; transcripts per employer policy). Try it free (no card): 1 job • 10 interviews • 14 days → https://www.trymerra.ai. I’d love feedback on fairness & accessibility, review UX, and pricing/onboarding—I’ll be in the thread.

1,41031Released 1y ago100% Freegreat tool. no keyword BS, just write your talents, who you really are, how you'd like to work, and your job environment. you get matched by an AI based on how similar those things are to the job descriptions. then you'll get a nice summary of each job, so you can skim them easily. and if you're interested, you can still read the whole description. recommend!

65811Released 1y agoFree + from $99/moI'm a Senior SWE with ~8 years of experience in front end and full stack development. I signed up for this tool after leaving my most recent role as the promise of saving 8 hours per week filling out job application forms seemed like a no brainer. Prepping for SWE interviews - especially senior - is incredibly time consuming any optimizations to that process to give more time to practice is invaluable. My expectations were tempered going in, and I was hoping for ~1 - 2 new interview every other week to augment my own efforts. I was blown away by the results, and was regularly receiving 3 - 5 interview requests weekly. Landed a new role end of December that checked my boxes (front end, dev advocacy opportunity, step up in comp -- $35K raise in this case), and am very happy in the investment I made in ApplyPass. Your mileage may vary depending on your experience level, but the premium plan I used which had ~400 applications going out per week was more than worth the subscription plan.
