David Marshall🙏 25 karmaSep 14, 2023@Audioread.comI didn't get to the voices. I don't give my credit card information up front. I clicked away as soon as I saw that. It's a shame too, the pricing structure looked great.

AI Notebook does what it promises, it's a decent on the go note-taking app. I like the automated tweak of these newer note-taking apps. I can just throw in pdfs, voice memos or youtube videos, and it'll generate all type oof different format like summaries, mind maps or flashcards. Extremely useful for students and professionals as it digest lengthy materials into small chunks of text. Recommended for anyone looking for a no-frills note taker tool
- Spotlight: Tendem (Task automation)

As tempting as it is, why pay for it if Google AI Studio (https://aistudio.google.com/generate-speech) offers the same for free? Nothing beats "gratis!" Besides, which author can afford so many monthly payments if he or she is not Steven King, who'd rather buy a whole studio with a dozen professional human narrators? ;-) THX

Upside: Amazing quality, full-length songs, intelligent use of timing change-ups and key changes. Downside: A very, very miserly 3 free creation credits and the only way to get more is to subscribe. Overall: Using this felt like easily 1-2 generations ahead of competitors like Udio. I guess that's why it isn't free.

A reaaly good AI, though not completely free, when register will still give you a good word limit, and there's a lot of voices from almost every language.

Easy to use but no accent support for Singapore English

Convert YouTube videos to text fast and freeOpenHands down the best ai tool for content creators. Their free YouTube transcriptor is always on point

It never works, not even with the ginormous API key! Computers should be allowed to TALK to us for free, like in the Star Trek TV series. Our future grandchildren will laugh at us for "paying" to use this everyday option, biting the hook to "monthly subscriptions" like gullible fish, and then getting "up to 1,000 words per month" under the so-called Pro version. This is crazy!

There is no way to tell how good this AI Text to MP3 service is without paying up front. Maybe it's good, maybe it's not.

It says "make audiobook for free," but there's a "pricing" page? Why pay for it if Google AI Studio (https://aistudio.google.com/generate-speech) offers the same for free? Nothing beats "gratis!"
