Pretty good, I like the process. I did run into a couple questions that were worded weirdly or just had odd answer logic (it'll mark you wrong for the tiniest typo). Would be cool if it had a bit more wiggle room or a way to flag those. But still, definitely helpful.

been running diet help during my cut. it asked a few basics then built a plan with macros that actually match training days and rest days. It gets stuff like chicken rice bowl post lift, closeee enough on portions. again a mini tool that s crazy good. nice one!

This AI is surprisingly well made. I used it for retreat planning and it offers very valuable suggestions while keeping a realistic schedule around daily mass and the liturgy of the hours. At first, the AI was what I'd call "spiritually optimistic", but it quickly adapted to the integration of sports, campfires and a movie night :)
