App crash all the time, no support for newer models, memory leak, no support... As a paying customer I'm really disappointed. Open source the code or give the money back

It has a lot of useful features but all that is moot if the app is crashing constantly. I think an app being stable and not crashing is the basic requirement of any app.

When it works it's fine. But it crashes a lot on Mac and now I am having problems setting up Claude.ai. Despite several emails to support over several weeks I've never had a response to any query. Buyer beware.

I am now getting a login notification. When I login with my email --> email sent --> link clicked, it works for about 2 hours and then asks me to login again. It should not ask me to login again.

I cannot get my openai api key to work, it used to work, now it throws this error. Invalid URL (GET /v1/chat/completions/v1/models) The operation couldn't be completed. (Alter.MakeHttpError error O.) The URL - https://api.openai.com/v1/chat/completions Then I enter my api key. It turns green for a second and then red.

Hi Michael, I have sent you an email about this on June 19th. You need to change your endpoint with https://api.openai.com. The other endpoint doesn't work anymore because we support other providers that use subfolder for their OpenAI compatible endpoint, like Groq.

According to screen time activity this is the app I use the second most time on my mac. The first one is Safari. Absolutely love MindMac, I have been giving large amounts of feedback and support to help improve the app for some time now, and the only reason why I am doing that out of my own time, without any incentive is to help the community, but I also want to help this app succeed. Having small developers, like MindMac's is incredible, to create something as powerful and helpful, for users that do not need a computer science degree just to operate it I find very exciting. The developer listens and actions requests that are helpful, and reasonable, and that is something you won't get with the larger developers for months. Keep it up MindMac!
