Doesn't look like an AI. Looks more like the result of standard image reduction and coloring a pixel in the closest color to the palette. Unfortunately, not at all what is required.

Pretty basic little web app. Make sure to have some photos ready to drag and drop. Has a few options but does exactly as described. Free to use and download!
