We had the chance to test High5 during its beta phase, and we were genuinely impressed by what the AI could uncover. The employee insights were particularly eye-opening – it helped us see which aspects of our service guests appreciated most. This gave us a much better understanding of where we’re doing well and where we can improve.
The response assistant was also a great feature. The suggested replies were surprisingly accurate. As a small hotel, we don’t always have time to write detailed responses to every review, so this tool could be a real game-changer.

Very useful, but for me, who only needs the simplest feedback functions, the on-boarding where they force me to do things I don't need to do is unbearable. I've done it once, but I'll never create an account on it again just for that reason.
