Product seems to have been changed entirely. It's now an iOS only, CYOA story generator, no longer related to audiobooks at all.

You're right, looks like there's no premium plan available right now, so it's free but with some limits. Hopefully they'll add more options in the future.

Their customer service is what saves this. I attempt to use the software, and offered a free trial for a professional voice clone, however one signed up it required me to pay in order to try what was offered as free. I figured I would try it anyways, paid for the software, tried it out. The voices do not offer good emotional quality and sounded extremely robotic. Customer service did offer me a full refund once I explain the situation and how it would not work for my use case. I wish to see further reiterations of this, it has potential, it’s just not there yet.

Sounds better than any other tool I've tried for TTS, and the Public Library concept is really smart. Sweet tool!

It never works, not even with the ginormous API key! Computers should be allowed to TALK to us for free, like in the Star Trek TV series. Our future grandchildren will laugh at us for "paying" to use this everyday option, biting the hook to "monthly subscriptions" like gullible fish, and then getting "up to 1,000 words per month" under the so-called Pro version. This is crazy!

I enjoyed the experience and it certainly cleaned up my audio files. I really wanted to find an AI driven auto-tuning app that would clean up my vocals. But haven't found one yet.

Worst translator tool ever. Please either test them before you recommend or don't recommend at all. I paid $1.79 and the translated pdf has all the system messages in place of text and overlapped text and some places which made no sense whatsoever.

Slow generation is not a bug, but a feature. The system is actually working on your book, not just parodying its creation. - The result is 80-90% complete. Yes, the final file is not a ready-to-print manuscript. This is a great draft, full of high-quality content that I, as the author, only need to polish. This is how a writer's tool should work - it takes care of the routine, leaving you with the creative part. - Honesty and transparency. The developer on the site explicitly says that the service cannot do this. In a world where marketers promise mountains of gold, this is honest and captivating. - You can upload your own reference materials, which he will rely on when creating a book. - The support is just wonderful, always clear and to the point. - The interface is simple and intuitive What would you like to pay attention to And where without a spoonful of tar? I didn't get to the voices. I don't give my credit card information up front. I clicked away as soon as I saw that. It's a shame too, the pricing structure looked great.
