I’ve tried multiple times to request a refund, reaching out directly to the FOUNDER Dawson, as well as to an employee who has since disappeared, seemingly waiting out the 30-day refund eligibility period. Overall, very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, this service didn’t meet my expectations, and I strongly advise against spending £80 on it. Firstly, it fails to download even a simple PDF. I attempted to create a pitch deck, but the download function simply doesn’t work.

The product seems okay, apart from the Financials section, where you have to enter a fixed growth rate monthly over five years, as if it will ever work like that. Worse than this is their support; I waited six days for them to even open an email, so I cancelled. Shocking service!

I read some of the negative reviews here and was a bit hesitant so I went with the monthly subscription. It works perfectly fine, the plan it outputs is very comprehensive and is easy to tweak. I'm a user in Australia, and I'm running this on a MacBook.

There is no way to contact support. The app looks like it could be good but gets stuck halfway through the process. There is no supporting documentation and no method to cancel subscription once you’ve signed up.

Hi thanks for your response. I liked the project and the initial answers produced. The lack of customer service is a problem as is the lack of documentation. Do you think someone would want to subscribe to a monthly requirement to create business plans. I’m a serial entrepreneur but I can’t create a business idea every month. The basic idea is very good. I wish you well with your project.
