Sometimes I have a bizarre dream and want to record it when I wake up, but typing with sleepy eyes is tough. I needed a tool that could quickly capture and transcribe speech.
When friends send messages that need long replies while I’m out walking or eating, I want to respond quickly without sending voice messages.
■ FAQ
1. Does it support real-time transcription during recording?
Not currently, it can only record and then transcribe when finished.
2. Is there a maximum transcription length?
No, in theory you can record several hours of audio. However, since the transcription happens on your device, it will take some time. I’ve tested it with about 1 hour of audio and the transcription was accurate.
3. What is the transcription speed?
It depends on your device. On my iPhone 15, the transcription speed is about 1:5, which means 5 minutes of audio takes about 1 minute to transcribe.
4. What languages are supported?

dunn🙏 12 karmaAug 3, 2024I already have another transcription tool, but this one is much better. I love the different features such as the summary, quiz, and chapters. It does a great job of them. I've only done one transcript so far to try it out, but I'm truly impressed and am going to grab another code. A couple things that would make it even better are: - the ability to rename the files and organize them through folders. - the ability to download a copy of the other features as well as the transcript. Copying and pasting it works, but doesn't keep the format. -
