Not a very good experience. There are a lot of screenshots of what is supposed to happen when you record or upload audio, but the functionality is very clunky. I had to upload the same audio file 5 times before it appeared in the dashboard. The experience is even worse on a mobile phone. So I am still looking for a quick audio to text AI tool and one that I can get the transcription in multiple languages.

OpenI played around with PodScribe.IO for just 5 minutes, and it helped me save at least 35 minutes when transcribing my first podcast (for free - have not subscribed to the paid version yet). I built Forevi after trying to restore my own family photos, especially for my grandpa. He doesn’t really care about physical gifts anymore, but he does care about memories: his youth, his family, the small things that mattered to him. If you’re looking for a YouTube transcript generator, I’ve also been using Saveto AI. It’s been pretty handy for turning videos into clean text and quick notes. -
I'm giving it two stars because it does do an ok job on videos but I would NOT recommend this. The "free trial" gives you 80 credits. It's not even enough to make a 60 second video so you can't really "trial" anything. I then spent $35 to make a 60 second video and I did two edits to it and I only have 451 credits left for the month. Until the costs come down, this is not feasible.
