AI Notebook does what it promises, it's a decent on the go note-taking app. I like the automated tweak of these newer note-taking apps. I can just throw in pdfs, voice memos or youtube videos, and it'll generate all type oof different format like summaries, mind maps or flashcards. Extremely useful for students and professionals as it digest lengthy materials into small chunks of text. Recommended for anyone looking for a no-frills note taker tool

Since the VSC extension became available, I've been using IDEs just to install the extension and run Claude Code in them. In the peak of my dev frenzy, I was running nine Claude Code instances in three projects on two computers. Cognitive strain was also extreme, but the amount of code and solutions deployed at that time was extreme as well.

I was just trying it out at first, used some free credits a few hours ago to build a simple app. Turns out, it actually came out pretty decent! Really solid on Windows. I’ve tried several similar transcription tools before, but this one feels much better integrated into the system. The customizable global shortcuts are a game changer, you can either just do plain transcription or trigger your own custom prompts/actions with Adifferent hotkeys. A lot of competitors do Aroughly the same thing, but EchoWrite stands out because the basic transcription is essentially free (you just need your own OpenAI API key, which costs next to nothing). If you want the custom prompts and translations, it’s a one-time payment instead of yet another subscription. In 2026 that’s actually pretty fair compared to everything else out there. Big thumbs up.

Integrated vector db tool invocation typed json output, pretty standard AI agent builder. Lack of pre-defined tools is a bit of a drawback compared to alternatives like Relevance.ai. BUT, it makes up for it as it allows you to monetize with account system / stripe integration. It is also WAAAAAAY cheaper than Relevance.ai Bubble.io.
