I spent over an hour carefully adding all my brand details, choosing the colors, layout, and fonts. Just when I was about to export or save — everything froze. No autosave. No recovery. Just gone. This platform looks promising at first, but what’s the point of using a design tool that can’t handle a basic save or export without crashing? Extremely disappointed.
