The platforms it provides leads for is very limited and it didn't find very many posts to comment on or message people. It also doesn't allow for choosing countries. It's hinted at in the setup but not available. Rather pointless getting leads in countries you don't do business in. Very pricey for limited capabilities.

Tools like mention.com preform a keyword based scan of social media to usually find posts that mention your brand directly - this is great for monitoring campaigns, predicting PR crises, measure a campaign uplift - so naturally mention.com is for bigger and more established brands. I wanted to give a bit of love to this tool since the team has helped us so much with their product. This is by far by far the best outreach tool I used, very advanced functionality. Their prospect data is accurate the dialer and email outreach are invaluable we use this every day to get leads and increase the booked demos by 20% at least which for us beats facebook ads any day of the week. The Ai email scheduler is also very handy but the outreach tool is the use case for us.
