I’m experiencing the same issue with the 404 error. There are multiple errors, such as: ’Cannot start – send CV: Page error 404’ and browser errors. I have some screenshots but can’t upload them here. I also noticed that the AI started submitting my CV for Backend Developer roles, even though I’m an IT Project Manager and provided all the correct information in my profile. I’ve stopped using it and deleted the extension. UPD: My issue with applying without selecting the correct role has been resolved. The UX has been improved, and it’s no longer possible to proceed with the application without choosing a role. Thank you!

Hi Alona, thanks for checking out LiftmyCV and for your feedback! We checked the logs — the issue happened because you left the “Apply for a role” field empty. Without it, the AI can’t search jobs or auto-fill applications correctly. We’ve updated the UX and added a message to make sure users fill in the role before starting. I purchased the 3 month subscription, plus the add on of $49 for the cover letter upgrade. Nothing was happening on my account even with me turning down how broad I want to go to expanded on the opportunities, still nothing. I also submitted two support tickets with no answer. Then I sent an email directly to them and I received no response. When i went back today my account was no longer there and no ability to cancel. I contacted my bank , got a new card and did a charge back for fraud. You should do the same.

It says its sent 428 applications yet I get zero email confirmations from the employer, nor do I receive any rejection emails. I purposely resubmitted my application to several of the sites manually that the AI said it sent my resume to and I received automated email responses from nearly every employer confirming they received my resume. Nothing is being sent out by this app. Finally, it takes several days for it to even send the applications it isn't sending. I heard good things about this app, but as they've gotten busier, the app no longer works. Do not waste your time.

I think it's a scam. I didn't receive any confirmation emails that my applications were even submitted. It said that it applied for hundreds of job for me and I got 0 invitations to interview. I didn't even get rejection emails. either they aren't actually applying for you, of there's something wrong with their setup. I really wish I could get my money back.

Pretty cool service that needs a lot of work. Its AI needs a major overhaul. I uploaded my resume for a product role and then it just started auto applying to roles that had nothing to do with PM. Applied me to VP of Engineering jobs, Engineer roles, a wide gamut of roles that I definitely was not qualified for. Now I am greatly looking forward to deleted all 100 of those rejection emails when they come in
