56,638 miro.comShareJoran Hofman🙏 6 karmaJan 22, 2026@MiroAIMiro has massively improved how we collaborate and execute. The AI features have made a real difference in day-to-day productivity, helping us structure ideas quickly and get to decisions faster. What really surprised me is the new prototyping feature: it’s now much easier to turn a workshop board into an actual prototype and iterate with the team. If you’re running product work, workshops, roadmaps, or even GTM planning, Miro is worth it.82 Reply Share Edit Delete Report

891,021 notis.aiShareNotis is the AI intern one message away from your entire tool stack. Dictate ideas, delegate the busywork, and watch it update everything from your CRM to your socials — right from WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram, or emails. In this week's release: - Much more reliable Stripe subscription startup + trial recovery — no more getting stuck in a bad billing state after a failed checkout. - Fixed trial credit cap: all trial users now consistently see and use a 5-credit cap, regardless of the plan they're trialing. - New safety rails in the orchestrator: delegation limits and hard caps on loop iterations so Notis doesn't run away on complex tasks. - Onboarding simplified — short onboarding is now the default for everyone, no more A/B test variations. - Portal now lands on Integrations by default instead of Databases. Old Notion integration is now fully retired. - CAF audio support — voice messages recorded on Apple devices now transcribe correctly. - Better TTS voice continuity — multi-part voice responses sound smoother and more natural. - Brazil phone number login fix — users with +55 numbers no longer risk duplicate accounts. - Connecting non-OAuth integrations no longer opens an unnecessary popup window.3

@Bracket
I found this on TAAFT and it has replaced how I handle my daily to-do list. I like that I can draft a follow-up or outline a plan using the context from my existing Slack threads. It knows what's going on so I don't have to explain the situation every time I need help with a task. If you spend most of your day in chat or email, this is a lot better than trying to manage your work in a standalone app that feels like a chore to update.

If users feel “organized” but don’t get outcomes,
you’re a churn machine -> ~20–30% lost retention revenue.
Do users actually improve output, or just manage tasks?

Looked at Notis recently.
The product is framed as an AI intern, but the real value seems to be automating repetitive business operations.
That difference probably affects conversion and pricing perception.

Right now it feels positioned as an “ai intern,” which sounds interesting but also a bit vague in terms of business impact.
The product actually looks closer to ai ops automation for b2b teams, which is a much higher-value category.
That difference usually affects both conversion and pricing.
I can share a quick breakdown of where this might be leaking revenue. want me to go deeper?

Runable makes it surprisingly easy to turn rough ideas into real outputs like slides, pages, and visuals without a lot of friction. The interface feels intuitive, and it’s great for quickly going from concept to something you can actually share. For anyone who works with ideas a lot, it saves a ton of time and mental energy.

ngl, Runable is the ultimate cheat code for shipping fast. i basically use it to spin up entire dashboards and internal tools in like 5 minutes without having to fight with React state or CSS boilerplate all day. it’s not 100% perfect yet, but having an agent that can actually execute tasks instead of just yapping about them is such a move.

Runable became really useful for me when I started using it to turn small AI experiments into quick, shareable demos. Instead of keeping ideas as scripts on my laptop, I could package them so others could actually run and test them. It made it much easier to show what I built and get real feedback. Definitely made experimenting with AI feel more practical for me.

@Runable
I’ve been trying out Runable recently and it’s actually pretty useful. It’s not perfect, but it makes creating quick decks, one-pagers, or visual docs a lot faster than doing everything manually. Good tool when you just want to get an idea out and make it look presentable without spending hours on design.

@SureThing - Cloud-First OpenClaw Alternative
I’ve been using this autonomous agent for the past several weeks, and I have to say — it just works.
Yesterday it helped me recover $129 from a subscription I forgot to cancel. It’s also helped me build several small but surprisingly useful web apps, manage and monitor my servers, keep an eye on database performance, and track new user acquisition.
It even keeps me updated on what my dev team is doing. I no longer have to ping them for updates — SureThing reads their commits and code changes and explains everything to me in plain English.
Honestly, I can’t imagine working without it anymore. And I am still exploring.

@SureThing - Cloud-First OpenClaw Alternative
Actually changed how I run things
I manage two Amazon stores and an AI SaaS product. At any given time I have supplier follow-ups, customer issues, product launches, and marketing threads all running in parallel.
The thing that kept breaking down wasn't the work — it was the overhead of tracking it. Which email did I say I'd reply to? Did I follow up on that listing issue? Where did that conversation with the vendor end?
SureThing handles that layer. It remembers what's pending, drafts replies before I remember I need to send them, and runs the routine stuff — email triage, Twitter interactions — while I'm focused elsewhere.
Woke up one morning to find it had already handled overnight Twitter activity, archived the noise, and flagged one thread I actually needed to act on. No prompts from me.
It's not perfect. I've corrected it a handful of times. But it learns from those corrections — same mistake doesn't repeat. That's what separates it from everything else I've tried.

Thanks! Security was a priority from day one. All integrations connect via OAuth — no API keys are stored on our side or locally. Your credentials never touch our servers. On top of that: SOC 2 Type 1 certified, encryption in transit and at rest, and you control exactly which tools require your approval before executing. Your data is never sold or used for model training.

Honestly SurfSense is amazing, I use it almost every morning to get an mp3/podcast of my Gmail, Gcal and urgent Linear tickets so I know exactly what's going on that day. It's also insane for board games because I just throw the rulebooks in and share it with my friends so we can chat with the AI together to figure out how to play. And it is scarily good at untangling and explaining really complex rules when we encounter some weird situation!

@Tendem
I work on the Tendem team, so take this with that context — but I also use the product constantly for my own work.
I've used Tendem to research AI directories — finding relevant ones, pulling submission requirements, organizing everything into a spreadsheet I could act on. I've also used it for copy edits — sending over drafts and getting back tightened, polished versions without going back and forth with a prompt ten times.
The thing that keeps me coming back is how little I have to think about the handoff. I describe what I need, send it, and move on to something else. It's slower than getting a ChatGPT response, sure. But I get something finished — not a starting point I still need to rework.
When you use AI tools for this kind of work, you trade waiting time for cleanup time. Tendem flips that. I'd rather wait and get a result I can use than get a fast draft I have to fix myself.

Ok, so this AI really finds its niche. I think the developer smartly identified a real user pain point. YouTube works well in general, but there’s still a lot of room to improve the search experience for people who want to learn systematically.
The last time I tried to learn Arabic, I opened several tabs and quickly felt overwhelmed. I didn’t know what to watch first, what should come next, or what I could skip. Then a friend recommended FindTube. I typed the same keywords—“Learning Arabic”—and it showed me a structured set of videos to choose from.
