Their Facebook group is very active and Justin (CEO) is there on a daily basis, constantly informing on new features, and always there to assist with any question regarding Magai. No more jumping between 5 different tools. The UGC Ads generator is surprisingly good. I can create authentic-looking user testimonials and product demos in minutes instead of hiring creators or spending days editing. Quality is solid enough that my clients can't tell the difference. Integrated vector db tool invocation typed json output, pretty standard AI agent builder. Lack of pre-defined tools is a bit of a drawback compared to alternatives like Relevance.ai. BUT, it makes up for it as it allows you to monetize with account system / stripe integration. It is also WAAAAAAY cheaper than Relevance.ai Bubble.io.

This is a fantastic tool for creating a bespoke chatbot that understands the nuances of your business. It's so easy to set up, works with all the platforms I use, like Slack, Google Drive, Notion, and Zapier, and it's massively helped with customer service queries. Would definitely recommend.

The tool's quality has dropped significantly over the past three months. The AI is taking three times longer to solve problems and is still making many mistakes. Accuracy has decreased by at least 60%. I had to manually fix everything and stop using the prompt. Unfortunately, it used to work very well for me, but now it no longer does.
