Tan Arin🛠️ 1 tool 🙏 26 karmaJul 31, 2025@Discord NotesBotHey this is Tan, I'm the creator of NotesBot. I created this tool because I needed it for my own meetings. After using myself and getting great summarization reviews from my peers, I decided to release it to the public. After release, we realized people were also using it for Dungeons and Dragons, I then added a DnD mode. This tool is non-invasive, very easy to set up, and perfect for meetings. I hope you enjoy using it! -
One of the most accurate API's I've used for speech to text and summarization. Cost effective w/ bulk contracts too.

Great AI voices, though still monotonous and robotic, or rather too neutral, with almost zero voice inflections! Excellent to read news, articles, essays, and any nonfiction books. BTW, computers should be allowed to TALK to us for free, like in the Star Trek TV series. Our future grandchildren will laugh at us for "paying" to use this everyday option, biting the hook to "monthly subscriptions" like gullible fish and then getting up to 1,000 words per month" under the so-called Pro version ;-) This is crazy!

Easy to use. If you select Trump's voice, type Epsteen rather than Epstein. Pronunciation is perfect hehe.

A reaaly good AI, though not completely free, when register will still give you a good word limit, and there's a lot of voices from almost every language.

I wanted to sign up to narrate some of my 5 year old’s books but it’s $200 a month. :/ …unfortunately, I’m closer to the $10 per month range.

They deceive - they advertise functionalities that turn out to be in the Pro version, which again has to be purchased. For some languages, the voices are quite old and sound robotic.

Their customer service is what saves this. I attempt to use the software, and offered a free trial for a professional voice clone, however one signed up it required me to pay in order to try what was offered as free. I figured I would try it anyways, paid for the software, tried it out. The voices do not offer good emotional quality and sounded extremely robotic. Customer service did offer me a full refund once I explain the situation and how it would not work for my use case. I wish to see further reiterations of this, it has potential, it’s just not there yet.
