What are AI agents?
Agents are personal assistants powered by conversational AI; performing tasks based on written instructions.

How are the AI agents trained?
Our agents are trained through a variety of sources depending on your objectives.
Direct training prompts can be used to tell the agent what you want it to do. For example: "You are a customer service agent that will help answer FAQ questions"
Now that the agent knows its purpose it will need data sources to draw upon. In this example you would add the website URL containing the FAQ or add a document with the FAQ questions and answers in it. This will allow the agent to know exactly how to answer each question.
What if someone wants to speak to a real human?
If your customers want to speak to a real human they can simply ask and an alert will be sent to a member of your team. A real human can then jump into the chat and carry on as a live chat.
The chat can be handed back and forth between real team members and AI agents for very efficient customer support.
How do I add a chatbot to my website?
First you can sign up and design your own chatbot through our dashboard. Once you are finished, you can copy-paste the code for the widget onto your site.
