The integration literally took under two minutes — one URL change in our config, and we were live across multiple providers. The cost transparency in the response headers is genuinely useful for us as a team building on top of AI; we can now log, display, and report on exact token costs per request. The O(1) memory compression is the real technical differentiator. Long AI conversations tend to degrade in quality and balloon in cost — Lexi solves both problems simultaneously. AudioScribe has been really helpful for turning meeting recordings into clean transcripts without much hassle. I especially like the AI summaries and speaker identification, since they make it much easier to review long conversations and pull out the key points. Solid tool overall, and definitely worth a 5-star rating. -

This is hands-down the most engaging language app I’ve ever used. The AI conversations feel real, and the talking avatar makes it fun to practice speaking without anxiety.

I'm giving it two stars because it does do an ok job on videos but I would NOT recommend this. The "free trial" gives you 80 credits. It's not even enough to make a 60 second video so you can't really "trial" anything. I then spent $35 to make a 60 second video and I did two edits to it and I only have 451 credits left for the month. Until the costs come down, this is not feasible.

Try Speak feels much more interactive than traditional language learning apps. I like tools that focus on actually practicing conversation and speaking confidence instead of only memorizing vocabulary lists.

Instead of transcribing the audio (which would violate our privacy policy), the AI is an on-demand agent powered by GPT-4o. You toggle modes like 'Roast' or 'Spicy', and it generates context-aware conversation cards to save the date if things get awkward. We prioritized user privacy over an 'always-listening' AI assistant. Give the Roast mode a try—it's pretty ruthless!

I went on their website, it is not a chatting AI. It is a much worse version of ChatGPT. About all you can do is ask it questions, you can't have a conversation with it. It's pricing is horrible, too. As a free user you get 10 free messages total. You can also pay $9.99/month and get up to 20 messages per 24-hour period. The only plus this AI has over ChatGPT is that it can be used while offline.
