If it's mounted on top, it's way to high, if it's below the screen, it's way to low. I've also tried boom arms and other gadgets to put the cam in the middle of the screen, however, while it's a good temporary solution, it's blocking my screen and instead of looking at the person, i'm watching my cam... Casablanca is a great alternative and while it was glitchy at 1st, it is now stable and a great alternative that just works. Not sure why Google, Zoom and others haven't implemented this option OOTB. Impressive, but needs work. It's difficult to get an image that looks actually-realistic. The bot also gets confused pretty easily, and many of the outputs are bizarre. Hard to get what you want, even with multiple prompt revisions.

It's not the craziest tool if you're expecting a full remodel. It won't walk your whole "house" end-to-end project specific quircks, complex architecture or golden variety edge cases still need a human contractor. Don't expect it to buy the furniture or install the pergola for you.
