I would definitely recommend Eklipse! Really niceties

I tested the application, and after running a simple project, the design page became glitchy and started shaking, making it unusable. The preview works fine, but the design interface is unworkable due to this issue. It's as if the screen is glitching like an old TV.

Nice and easy to use with good results when it worked for me. But now cannot log on with gmail. Try to but after a few seconds, says "Log in failed. Please try again." Cleared cookies on firfox and Edge but no joy.

Many localization programs just change the audio and closed captions. I need a program that can place a program in one of the other 10 languages that it can display for its menus and have that program follow the instructions given in the English version of the training video and produce a video displaying the Spanish version of the program menus and dialog display in Spanish with Spanish dialog and closed captions. This would save us hours of time localizing the original English training video into 10 different languages.
