I'm a Senior SWE with ~8 years of experience in front end and full stack development. I signed up for this tool after leaving my most recent role as the promise of saving 8 hours per week filling out job application forms seemed like a no brainer. Prepping for SWE interviews - especially senior - is incredibly time consuming any optimizations to that process to give more time to practice is invaluable. My expectations were tempered going in, and I was hoping for ~1 - 2 new interview every other week to augment my own efforts. I was blown away by the results, and was regularly receiving 3 - 5 interview requests weekly. Landed a new role end of December that checked my boxes (front end, dev advocacy opportunity, step up in comp -- $35K raise in this case), and am very happy in the investment I made in ApplyPass. For the (insanely) cheap price wasn't expecting much but the dev keep adding interesting features (the new AI coaching stuff is a real banger, HEAR ME OUT: he's borrowing ideas from Robert Greene's Mastery, and as a reader myself I always felt curious about doing a test in real life - this is exactly what I was looking for, and I got some very insightful answers from the test!), some bugs here and there but I trust he'll take care of them overtime, I took on his lifetime license and No Regret whatsoever, go for it your eyes closed!!

I personally think it's unfair for companies to use ATS to decide on candidates, when most of the time it's specifically that search that helps you find the diamond in a pool of dirt. This at least levels the playing field 👍

Wish i could test out the Ai powered search at least 2-3 times or a full day for free , the paid trial it`s not very appealing. App seems to work fine in general. Without testing the AI part of the app i can say it doesn`t feel any different than any job hunting website.

This tool did not match me with job postings; it provided a report on which job titles I was most qualified for based on a copy of my resume. It was obviously not accurate and catered to what I had posted as my career plan/dream in the next 5 years.

great tool. no keyword BS, just write your talents, who you really are, how you'd like to work, and your job environment. you get matched by an AI based on how similar those things are to the job descriptions. then you'll get a nice summary of each job, so you can skim them easily. and if you're interested, you can still read the whole description. recommend!
