Inference cost significantly reduced — API pricing cut by more than half, making large-scale usage much more affordable. Model efficiency improved while maintaining performance similar to DeepSeek V3.1 on most tasks. Strong performance on reasoning, coding, and QA tasks, with some areas showing slight improvements. As a non-technical marketer, it took me a minute to get familiar with the designer, but using the preexisting templates is super helpful! I am now running outreach 100% on autopilot. BotDojo personalizes the copy for each contact we reach out to by email and LI. It also takes care of the drip campaign that I run through Lemilist. LOVE IT! Their Facebook group is very active and Justin (CEO) is there on a daily basis, constantly informing on new features, and always there to assist with any question regarding Magai. I love that Shakespeare is totally open source and fully focused on allowing users to build with freedom, rather than just another AI SaaS trying to lock users into a subscription tier. You can use it with any other AI provider, or pay as you go for credits with Shakespeare's default AI. It's really easy to talk to the app, build a first draft, and deploy. I also like how you can edit other open source projects and improve them. Really cool tool for people who want to build with AI but care about open source and freedom.

And the new thinking really start with the simplicity and appropriate costs needed for the "user" being an agent. tny.dev is really a master class in this new thought process. If you need link shortening, it's completely solved here. I've been using it with Claude Desktop, and Claude just "gets" this MCP server, and its free at the relatively infrequent rate I use it. The analytics are awesome and simple to understand. They are the key feature for me.

It never works, not even with the ginormous API key! Computers should be allowed to TALK to us for free, like in the Star Trek TV series. Our future grandchildren will laugh at us for "paying" to use this everyday option, biting the hook to "monthly subscriptions" like gullible fish, and then getting "up to 1,000 words per month" under the so-called Pro version. This is crazy!
