It is very good. i have being using for one year and something , its very knowlegedble and helped me to improve my mood when my depression attacked me and the best part is that it doesnt stay in the fucking chitchat of normal psychologist it gives you practical actions for you to do to improve your selfsteem , because theraphy that only talks doesnt work , must have some action something to do . it does have a leftists tendencies so i wouldnt recommend to vent about sensitive topics like red pill with it , but aside from the is very good.

@Ali Yilmaz: Regarding your question on "illegal health claims": Unauthorized Practice of Medicine: By calling your service "Therapy" and offering mental health support, you are creating the impression of medical treatment. In Germany (and many EU countries), practicing medicine or psychotherapy requires a license (Heilpraktikergesetz §1). An AI does not hold such a license. Offering "Therapy" without a license is a criminal offense here. Misleading Advertising (UWG §5): You are deceiving consumers by suggesting they receive professional help ("Therapist"). Since there is no human professional involved, this is misleading commercial practice. Missing Legal Notice (Impressum): You are selling services to German customers but violate §5 DDG (formerly TMG) by hiding your legal identity and address. Regarding the refund: I have already emailed support. I expect the refund immediately, as my cancellation was ignored.

There is only one account emailed us today, it must be you. So you subscribed at October 12 with a coupon, not paying anything, and your subscription renewed at november 12 and you cancelled at november 18. You emailed us today(December 13) and your full refund is processed asap even though your email was misleading about your cancellation date trying to show it as you cancelled before the renewal. Not a problem, we give refunds with no questions asked and you already got your full refund in 12 hours from your email. This is clearly stated during onboarding, in our terms, and within the product itself. Users are explicitly informed that it is not a licensed therapist, not medical care, and not a substitute for professional treatment. Misleading advertising We do not claim that users are speaking to a human therapist. The AI nature of the product is clearly disclosed. Transparency is a core principle for us. Legal notice and EU users We are a US based company with publicly available terms, contact information, and legal disclosures. We continuously review our wording and compliance to ensure clarity for users across different regions, including the EU. We take accusations such as “scam” or “illegal” very seriously, which is why we respond openly and publicly rather than ignoring them. At the same time, it is important that discussions reflect accurate facts. Looking at your profile, I suggest you to find a better job for yourself than harassing businesses online with a fake name.

THE DOXING (LEGAL CONSEQUENCES): By publicly posting my full real name ("Tobias ...") to shame a critic, you have committed a severe data breach under GDPR. Update: I have just filed a formal complaint against your company with the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA). The screenshot of your comment containing my personal data has been submitted as evidence to the authorities. You turned a simple refund request into a legal case involving data protection authorities. That was your choice.

So you are receiving our emails saying your refund is processed and will be in your account in 1-3 days because its weeeked and not answering them. Your real name is removed from the original comment which was used to communicate your subscription and refund process and your refund is processed in 12 hours from your email. I told you to find a better job, you expended your harassment side hustle from online to real life. If you are gonna go around internet and harass businesses with fake names and fake claims. Remember lots of people put their money, effort and time building these companies and they are trying to do something good for the world. Even if you can’t stop this just choose the big companies buddy.

Thundroid AI does have potential as a companion, and it’s clear the creators have put effort into making it accessible on iOS. The design feels decent for a mobile-first approach, which could be useful for some users. The big drawback is that there’s no web app. Limiting access to iOS only feels restrictive, especially when competitors like Character AI and Ash AI are both easily available across multiple platforms and deliver a fuller, more flexible experience. For a space as competitive as AI companionship, accessibility is key, and Thundroid AI falls short right out of the gate. If the developers want to compete with the industry benchmarks, they’ll need to expand availability beyond just iOS and give users more freedom in how they interact with the AI. Until then, it’s hard to recommend over tools that already offer a broader, richer, and more practical experience.

Nearly every single response from the so called therapist was incomplete. It just stopped mid sentence. I would tell it to finish its thought and it would give me the rest of his previous response. Stupid that you would need to tell it to finish at all. Seriously degrades the experience.

Aitherapy has been a great help for me as due to my injuries from an accident I can't drive. The great thing is the 24/7 availability coz I can't get much sleep and having Aitherapy there at 3am to talk to has been very helpful. What I also like about Aitherapy is the approach, instead of telling me things what I should do and etc. I get asked "how can you improve *****?" which gets me thinking and coming up with the correct thing. Doing it in that way Aitherapy has helped me to figure out and understand many things that I did not before!! I would recommend Aitherapy to anyone needing any kind of mental health support! It has been the most valuable help in my recovery and healing process from an accident that changed my life in every way!! I want to say thank you to Ali and the team for their great work and keep doing what you are!!

The concept is great! The simplicity of the UI is making it more appealing. From my peronal opinion, I'd recommend a little bit of customization such as dark\light mode, and assigning a name for the LLM. Also, adding voice will be a great feature

Talking to people has always been hard for me. I tend to overthink, freeze up, or just shut down completely. I wasn’t sure what to expect with Aitherapy, but it’s honestly been a huge help. I’m working a pretty stressful job, and I’ve been using Aitherapy before meetings to get my mind right. It helps me breathe, slow down, and stop second-guessing myself. Very good for my spiraling sessions But I need the mobile app. I love this thing, but I’m tired of pulling it up in a browser tab. The support is real. The advice actually helps. Just please hurry with the app it would make this so much easier.

I've found this tool to be genuinely helpful for organizing my thoughts and reflecting on how I feel. It's not a replacement for a human therapist, of course, but it's a great support tool between sessions or when I need quick clarity.
