The platform provides AI based mental health support and self help using structured conversational techniques inspired by CBT. No human psychotherapy or medical treatment is being offered or claimed. Unauthorized practice of medicine or psychotherapy We do not practice medicine or psychotherapy, human or otherwise. The product is an AI support tool. Users are explicitly informed that it is not a licensed therapist, not medical care, and not a substitute for professional treatment. Misleading advertising We do not claim that users are speaking to a human therapist. The AI nature of the product is clearly disclosed. Transparency is a core principle for us. Legal notice and EU users We are a US based company with publicly available terms, contact information, and legal disclosures. We continuously review our wording and compliance to ensure clarity for users across different regions, including the EU. We take accusations such as “scam” or “illegal” very seriously, which is why we respond openly and publicly rather than ignoring them. At the same time, it is important that discussions reflect accurate facts. Looking at your profile, I suggest you to find a better job for yourself than harassing businesses online with a fake name.
