Happy to leave a review for Bytemine, which I have been using daily for several weeks. As someone who has been trying to incorporate AI for a couple years, hoping to become more efficient overall, I found muyself clumsily trying to use standard LLMs across the sales-cycle, but not really gaining any noticable efficiency. Bytemine makes it easy to leverage AI in a productive and more efficient way and I believe I've only scratched the surface of what it can do. Maybe most importantly it was super easy to setup and the one time I had a question the response from support was quick and thorough. -

It's frustrating being miscategorized. The CRMopti isn't the main focus of the DealFlow. The idea is to be able to know your customer before you even talk to them. First figure out your ideal client profile, then grab some leads and push them to the salesopti (the most powerful part of the entire program) and get to know them before you even talk to them! I'm in real-estate wholesaling in Miami and heard about it from a friend in my local business group. I wasn't sure about trying new software, but they offered a free trial so I gave it a shot. Their rep Andres was really helpful getting me set up. Within about 3 months I noticed a decent increase in callbacks, which has helped my business. Overall, VoiceDrop has been worth the cost so far. But Onsa seems to be trying to automate the entire pipeline generation workflow: prospect research, outreach, qualification, and meeting preparation. That almost positions it less as a sales automation tool and more like a pipeline generation engine. Curious whether the long-term vision is to compete with outbound tools, or to become the infrastructure layer for automated revenue generation.

But after making my payment and entering the information on the tool to build the strategy, I found, to my disappointment, that the paid features were not enabled in my account. Furthermore, there is no option to contact customer support, no chat, no email, etc. I would not recommend or use this tool I wrote to them asking for a refund
