Some are cheap and some are more expensive. There is no longer unlimited messages for subscribers. Would recommend this to anyone. Writing things down is great, but being able to freely talk about it is even better. It gives you time to get it all out and a lot of times I feel better just by verbalizing issues out loud. I really appreciate that the report from the session reflects everything I've said in a structured way, so I don't have to worry about talking super coherently. It also provides useful insights and recommendations. The whole self-care topic has always sounded like a chore to me but I actually enjoy this.

Very convenient tool. They have this "prompt wizard", kind of like a template selector so it's easy to generate outputs without coming up with prompts just to generate what I need.

I can't recommend wingman enough. I'm interested in AI so i've tried a bunch of them, like Rizz and Roast, but those seem like they barely use AI. Wingman has three tools, but I mostly use the dating Profile Roaster tool. It gives shockingly detailed and precise critiques of pics, and it ultimately resulted in me getting more Tinder matches. The dating-coach chatbot is also really good. Anyway, 5/5 stars. Check Wingman out.

What I really like about this AI is that it doesn't feel like you're chatting with an AI as much as other options. The daily check-ins are a good way to keep an ongoing journal and the prompts help with figuring out what to talk about. It's not free and probably why some will rate it low, but you do get unlimited access for a reasonable price and an interesting, fun way to interact with AI. If you've ever heard of Little Prince, this app will have an odd familiarity to that story. Overall, it's a great AI tool that I'm getting a lot of enjoyment out of it and can see the potential for it as the developers add more to it and fine-tune the AI even more.

Gives terrible instructions on what to do in Ableton Live. It tells you to set different things to values which don't exit in Ableton. For example something that can be set between -infinity and 0dB it tells you to set it to 50%. When corrected it will then give you the correct answer which was -12dB. Essentially, it's a very bad GPT and is not really helping me in any way more than any generic GPT could have done.
