It gives you time to get it all out and a lot of times I feel better just by verbalizing issues out loud. I really appreciate that the report from the session reflects everything I've said in a structured way, so I don't have to worry about talking super coherently. It also provides useful insights and recommendations. The whole self-care topic has always sounded like a chore to me but I actually enjoy this.

The daily check-ins are a good way to keep an ongoing journal and the prompts help with figuring out what to talk about. It's not free and probably why some will rate it low, but you do get unlimited access for a reasonable price and an interesting, fun way to interact with AI. If you've ever heard of Little Prince, this app will have an odd familiarity to that story. Overall, it's a great AI tool that I'm getting a lot of enjoyment out of it and can see the potential for it as the developers add more to it and fine-tune the AI even more.

Wingman has three tools, but I mostly use the dating Profile Roaster tool. It gives shockingly detailed and precise critiques of pics, and it ultimately resulted in me getting more Tinder matches. The dating-coach chatbot is also really good. Anyway, 5/5 stars. Check Wingman out.

Their rep Andres was really helpful getting me set up. Within about 3 months I noticed a decent increase in callbacks, which has helped my business. Overall, VoiceDrop has been worth the cost so far. For example something that can be set between -infinity and 0dB it tells you to set it to 50%. When corrected it will then give you the correct answer which was -12dB. Essentially, it's a very bad GPT and is not really helping me in any way more than any generic GPT could have done.
