Was skeptical about another voice assistant but tried it during my workouts and it actually keeps up with my pace. Feels less like an app and more like having someone in your corner. Wish it had better form correction but for motivation it's been great.

use this for every patient consultation now. transcribes everything so i can focus on the patient instead of typing notes. saves me at least 2 hours of documentation daily. my charting is actually done before i leave the office

Game changer for patient consultations. Whispers relevant info during appointments so I don't have to break flow looking things up. My patients have noticed I'm more present now.

Used this for scheduling my last 3 interviews and honestly forgot how annoying it was before. One company wanted to do 4 rounds and instead of me going back and forth with their HR person a dozen times, Workmate just handled it. Saved me from that weird anxiety of 'did I respond fast enough' or 'is this time actually gonna work.'

Echother is exactly what I was looking for to speed up our meetings. While other tools trap you in $X/month subscriptions for basic transcription, echother does something different, it connects your meeting discussions to your actual codebase and generates Jira tickets with real context. The repo-aware ticket generation cut our sprint refinement time in half because we stopped re-explaining everything. Mumble Note is a game-changer if you're on IOS and rely on voice notes. It's great for ADHD minds or anyone who thinks out loud. That said, it's frustrating that there's no Android version yet and sometimes it can mishear things if your voice isn't clear, but I think it's one of the smartest note-takers out there. :D

has been a serious timesaver. It handles meeting transcriptions, summaries and follow-ups way faster than I ever could. OtterPilot jumping into Zooms for me is low key genius. I just wish the voice detection was a bit more accurate with overlapping speakers, but overall, a solid tool.

I love this and the support that they give seriously for somebody with ADHD. I have a hard time being able to take notes this organizes them and does so much more AI. Allows you to ask follow-up questions etc. Definitely the app for somebody with adhd, and that needs to organize our thoughts

This tool has been an absolute game-changer when it comes to planning!! I used to organize all of my travel and upcoming events in Google docs, but Agenda Hero made it so I can just dump out everything that's upcoming and get back and organized and fun schedule that actually makes me excited to plan rather than stressed!

Otter joins the meeting as an AI recording. It is fine if you are the host. If you are not than most hosts don’t allow it so its not helpful. Many other other AI meeting programs can transcribe, summarize, and do all the things otter does without the complication of being added to the meeting. TactiIQ, Limitless, and others are superior.

This one’s a game changer. I spent lots of time scrolling through and trying out the different ’speech to text’ AI tools. This one allowed me to upload an audio file quickly and easily, immediately transcribed it (accurately) to text, and then created a map of the topics and answers, a complete (technical words and industry jargon) recap, a summary, ’flash cards’ (for studying and mastering the information), and even created a quiz (with multiple choice answers). I don’t think it has a free option, but the value it offers in unparalleled. I downloaded the iOS App (it has a weekly payment option for short-term projects), and immediately completed everything I needed and more. Terrific AI tool for sharing information and training purposes.
