This first release focuses on the invisible work teachers carry: lesson planning, materials, classroom flow. Not flashy, but foundational. We didn’t build an MVP. We built the infrastructure of play. Smartexam is disappointing compared to other quiz tools. The paid version is more expensive than competitors but lacks key features. It doesn’t adapt to different student skill levels, offers no tutoring support, and you can’t navigate back and forth during quizzes. Also, the answer format makes it too easy to guess the correct choice. Not worth the price.

I was able to get a summary for a half hour video in just under 2 minutes. An hour long video took 5 minutes. Saved me a phenomenal amount of time having to watch videos for courses!

Profoundly expensive. They are charging $79 per month on a yearly subscription. The free version has few ais available. If you opt for the monthly subscription you'll be morgaging your family at $99 per month. I don't know any teachers who could afford that even in the short term. There are far less expensive ai options out there which are just as good.

tried it on one of my old random sketches and the animation came out smooth, everything looked spot on with perfect proportions. only downside is that it's pretty short, wish it had an option for longer clips. but for a free test, it really shows off what the tool can do. fantastic. 5/5

I've been using CodeKidz with my two kiddos, 9 and 12, and I gotta say, it's a pretty neat platform. The way it teaches Python through storytelling and games is super engaging - my kids are actually excited about coding, which is something I never thought I'd say. The AI coaching is a standout feature. It's like having a personal tutor available 24/7, which is a lifesaver for someone like me who can barely keep up with the tech lingo. My kids can ask questions and get immediate answers, which is fantastic. However, it's clear that CodeKidz is still in the early stages. There are a few bugs here and there, and the platform could definitely benefit from a wider variety of lessons. It's great for beginners, but I can see my older kid outgrowing it pretty soon if they don't add more advanced content. But you know what? Despite the growing pains, I think CodeKidz has a lot of potential. It's a fun, interactive way to introduce kids to coding, and I'm excited to see how it evolves. If you're looking to dip your kids' toes into the world of programming, I'd say give it a shot. Just remember to have a little patience as they work out the kinks.
