I paid for the subscription and the video generation has failed. I found no way to access support and the site says no refunds allowed. Hoping to find some help on here with this and I revisit my review

I'm giving it two stars because it does do an ok job on videos but I would NOT recommend this. The "free trial" gives you 80 credits. It's not even enough to make a 60 second video so you can't really "trial" anything. I then spent $35 to make a 60 second video and I did two edits to it and I only have 451 credits left for the month. Until the costs come down, this is not feasible.

I used the Punk subscription for 2 months and really went deep into it. Plazmapunk offers great flexibility and a lot of option to create videos/animated visuals that can look stunning and cool. My favorite part is the Scene Editor where you can be your own story director. Sometimes videos won't turn out the way you like them, but upon refining you usually get it to be satisfying for you. So in short, I enjoyed it a lot :)

Since discovering this tool in January 2024, my workflow as an entrepreneur, educator, and content creator has undergone a complete transformation, becoming far more efficient. Its ability to combine web scraping features with AI Blaze instructions makes it far superior and more user-friendly compared to other technical alternatives. This system has truly become a bridge for me to stop worrying about exhausting operational details and shift my focus entirely to things that are essential in my career. Although the features that currently exist are already very solid and comprehensive, I see a great opportunity for improvement if AI Blaze supported open-source models like DeepSeek or GLM. Giving users the option to add external API keys independently would be an amazing update that provides unlimited flexibility for users. Overall, this is the best productivity solution that continues to provide exceptional value to my community even after two years of active use.

Try doing anything real with Lovable and welcome to the error loop. Has a lot of potential but Lovable does not seem to be ready to produce real apps with multiple pieces that need to work together without getting stuck in error loops. Disappointing.
