Great tool! Had used the Free version initially for research as it is the only tool I found connected to the internet and works. Have subscribed for their Ultra Plan and man! This is just great. Kudos to that Odin!

Callfluent is NOT ready for commercial use. I signed up, followed their tutorials to a tee, and could not get voice bot to work. The bot would hallucinate about dates, and would actually argue with me about days dates. I tried to connect with their support, and kept getting the same replies -- to not use the web based calling feature. I was actually calling by phone to test the bot. Support is TONE DEAF. I sent call recordings, transcriptions, and detailed list of issues by email. They kept repeating the same answers... almost as if they use their own garbage AI for tech support. I requested a ZOOM call with their "onboarding specialist" and was given access to a calendar, with the soonest appointment 8 days away. I requested a sooner appointment and the specialist started offering me times IN THE PAST. Again, I think they use their own AI for support or scheduling. I would stay away from this product. Not very good at all. Avoid at all costs if you wish to have a successful AI chat and voice bot.

Great chatbot builder, managed to get one up and working quickly. Once trained, it can coherently answer about anything I put on my website Features are a little on the bare side though, but new ones seem to spring up every other day so I suppose the team is very active in building it. Also the basic ones that I need are all in and working very well.

I'm in real-estate wholesaling in Miami and heard about it from a friend in my local business group. I wasn't sure about trying new software, but they offered a free trial so I gave it a shot. Ive tried a couple of these nocode website/landingpage makers and this is by far the best one. Doesn't just give you buttons, it goes through and walks you through in a logical manner and explains what is next and how to do it. You can also skip these steps if you dont need them. Very well thought out. Only gave it 4 stars though because I wish it would offer more tokens to use on your first creation. Everything else is top.

The product looks framed like an outreach tool, but it actually behaves more like an AI outbound pipeline builder. That difference probably affects perceived value and pricing. I mapped where the positioning might be leaking revenue, happy to share if useful.
