Notis is the AI intern one message away from your entire tool stack. Dictate ideas, delegate the busywork, and let Notis update your workflows across WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, Slack, and email. In this week's release: - Improved account safety by rejecting inbound messages from unlinked senders instead of creating accounts automatically. - Added one-time email verification links for the email channel. - Team billing now pool team usage credits together instead of using individual credits. - Improved tool and integration reliability, especially around Composio auth links, outage handling, and dynamic tool discovery. - Added a transcribe tool and upgraded web scraping to Firecrawl. - Disabled the SMS channel to stop fraud abuse (RCS and iMessage still works of course). - Added a billing overview on the user setting menu. -

Most AI tools start from zero. You paste in context, re-explain your work, and hope the output is relevant. Every. Single. Time. remio is different. It automatically captures everything you work on — web pages you browse, documents you read, meetings you record, emails you send — and turns it all into a living, private knowledge base. No manual tagging. No copy-pasting. No setup. Then, when you need to get something done, remio already knows your context. Write a doc, draft an email, generate a report, create slides — just tell it what you need. It pulls from your actual work history to produce output that's genuinely relevant to you. What makes remio different: 🧠 Passive, automatic context capture — works silently in the background 🔒 Local-first & privacy-focused — your data stays on your device ⚡ BYOK support — bring your own API key from OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek and more 🖥️ Local model support via Ollama 📎 Connects to Gmail, Google Docs, local files, YouTube, and more 🛠️ Build reusable aApp workflows powered by your own knowledge This is not another note-taking app. This is your personal agent — one that already knows your world. From knowledge to getting things done. 👉 Try remio today. -

Quick thought after seeing Convo. Meeting notes tools are a crowded $10 SaaS category. But a tool that helps sales reps answer questions and handle objections live sits in a completely different value tier. That shift alone can change pricing and conversion dynamics significantly. -

-
I think it delivers on all of its claims, specially the transcription and Blogs. -
Early stage development. Little to no training materials available.Cant adjust outcome length for summaries. Disappointing as this tool could be so good.

OpenThere is nothing here that meets the presentation requirements. The slides are monotonous and boring; it's as if I just copied my entire text and pasted it onto 10 slides - there's no value in that. The information is inconvenient and uninteresting to read. It's even summarised and organized worse than I could do it in 5 mins. It's better to use free GPT and put all into slides then use this. Omg it's really very bad, extremely poor, and I will never use it again.

Unlimited transcripts, summaries, 99.8% accuracy, speaker recognition, superfastOpenI already have another transcription tool, but this one is much better. I love the different features such as the summary, quiz, and chapters. It does a great job of them. I've only done one transcript so far to try it out, but I'm truly impressed and am going to grab another code. A couple things that would make it even better are: - the ability to rename the files and organize them through folders. - the ability to download a copy of the other features as well as the transcript. Copying and pasting it works, but doesn't keep the format. - Sponsor

wow, I just tried this and I'm actually shocked as to how good this is... Half the price of using GPT/Claude to help me with my notetaking and it's honestly 10x faster. This is a gamechanger for me, thank you!!

Been using this app for finals, really glad I found it in time. Would definitely recommend.

Recall anything you've said or heard in meetings or conversationsOpenI like the desktop version, it can record and transcribe my meetings. Pretty accurate transcript and summary.

We built this for us, and if other people want to use it, so be it, but I’m not going to try and sell on why one should use or buy it. Judging by the sign-ups and upgrades, it looks like more people are finding it useful. You are right about #1 and that line does sound a bit dishonest and salesy - which was unintentional so I’m changing that. It was very real though and we carefully baked in tiny little details for our upgraded users. For eg, we have invited most of our upgraded users to try the mobile apps’ TestFlight version.

It does it's job and I love that it has a lifetime plan

AI Notebook does what it promises, it's a decent on the go note-taking app. I like the automated tweak of these newer note-taking apps. I can just throw in pdfs, voice memos or youtube videos, and it'll generate all type oof different format like summaries, mind maps or flashcards. Extremely useful for students and professionals as it digest lengthy materials into small chunks of text. Recommended for anyone looking for a no-frills note taker tool
-
OpenThis is my favourite, so handy and works brilliant -
OpenI played around with PodScribe.IO for just 5 minutes, and it helped me save at least 35 minutes when transcribing my first podcast (for free - have not subscribed to the paid version yet). That's pretty sweet! The way it presents and separates podcast data into different formats is really well done. It makes it super easy to find what you're looking for.

I have tried to import a docx file, and it said that it can't extract content from it. I tried again with a PDF file and it worked like a charm. Hope you guys will fix this.
-
Pretty handy, not always helpful since sometimes notes are not in a simple text format, but it does the job
-
It pretty much does everything I need and more, I give it 5 stars for accuracy and ease of use. Most of the tools I use are cluttered and complex but this platforms very simple to use and neat
-
Dorascribe is quick, accurate, and cuts down on admin work. Security seems solid. Looks promising.

AI note taker that fixes broken meetings.OpenTeamsMaestro boosts my productivity by automatically generating clear meeting summaries with key takeaways and action points. It keeps everything organized in one place, making follow-ups easy. Highly recommend!
-
Didn't really do the graphs that i thought it would do. Good for simple graphs, like for a presentation
-
Decent if you have a bunch of highlights sitting in your kindle that you never go back to. It pulls them in and groups them by theme which is honestly more useful than I expected. Wish it worked better with PDFs though, that's where I do most of my reading and the import was a bit hit or miss for me. Still gonna keep using it for the kindle stuff.

Mentalyc has been a very useful addition to my workflow as a mental health provider. Writing therapy progress notes used to take a significant amount of time after each session, but using Mentalyc to generate structured drafts from session recordings has helped reduce that burden. The notes it generates are organized and clinically meaningful, especially in formats like SOAP and DAP. It highlights important elements such as presenting issues, interventions, and client engagement, which makes it easier to review and finalize documentation efficiently. I also appreciate that it supports staying compliant with documentation standards while reducing mental load and burnout related to admin tasks. It doesn’t replace clinical judgment, but it does make the documentation process smoother and more consistent. For therapists looking for an AI-powered note writing assistant, Mentalyc is definitely worth exploring.

Slax Note is extremely user - friendly. Even the elderly can use it. One - click recording is so simple. The whole process, from recording to sharing, is a breeze.

-
Generates SOAP Notes in just a couple of minutes.
-
Not my usual kind of tool, but this one’s actually fun. Played with it for a bit and it handed me a couple of really touching letters I didn’t see coming. Might keep it around just for that.
-
-
made a presentation for my site with just 1 prompt, lol how did the AI get so much information out of my website lol

-
This is a nice concept. Anyway app needs to be more polished. Can’t delete notes. I was expecting auto assign of topics, or at least suggestions to be more creative instead of just showing some random words from the text I’ve entered.
-
KnowNotes is extremely helpful for students, especially if you have ADHD. It automatically transcribes lectures, takes notes, and generates study materials for you. It makes it so much more convenient to study!
-
Super simple, beautiful integration into a broad range of workflows.
-
Not a very good experience. There are a lot of screenshots of what is supposed to happen when you record or upload audio, but the functionality is very clunky. I had to upload the same audio file 5 times before it appeared in the dashboard. The experience is even worse on a mobile phone. So I am still looking for a quick audio to text AI tool and one that I can get the transcription in multiple languages.
-
Sales Assistant and Coach that reads transcript, body language and ParalinguisticsOpenWe built Stella to help decode verbal and nonverbal behaviour during video calls into clear next steps. It auto-notes, summarizes, and flags where attention rose or dropped—then points to the exact clip to coach the rep. We’ve tightened discovery and sped up follow-ups without rewatching meetings.

Turn notes into perfect infographics from 500+ designs.OpenHi TAAFT! I'm Henry, the founder of CartoMind. CartoMind offers a fully automated AI workflow to help you quickly organize text content and generate the perfect infographics to match. 【Why did I build this?】 When creating infographics with AI today, users are often forced to choose between two extremes. You either use generic AI image SaaS tools that trap you in complex prompt engineering and steep design learning curves with zero knowledge management, or you use products like NotebookLM. While they are fantastic for knowledge management, their infographic generation is just an afterthought, lacking design freedom and rich templates. 【Here is where CartoMind stands out:】 1. Lightweight knowledge & note management: We support uploading multiple file formats and automatically parsing text, allowing you to freely select the exact knowledge snippets you want to visualize. 2. Fully automated workflow: Based on your selected content, our AI automatically distills the key text elements and instantly matches you with the ideal infographic design from over 500 professional combinations. 3. Massive template library: A rich selection of infographic templates offering a true what-you-see-is-what-you-get experience. 【Who is using it?】 Marketers, educators, social media creators... In fact, anyone who needs to make their domain knowledge "visible" and loves to share it will find it incredibly useful. 【I can't wait for you all to try it out!】 -

Hey this is Tan, I'm the creator of NotesBot. I created this tool because I needed it for my own meetings. After using myself and getting great summarization reviews from my peers, I decided to release it to the public. After release, we realized people were also using it for Dungeons and Dragons, I then added a DnD mode. This tool is non-invasive, very easy to set up, and perfect for meetings. I hope you enjoy using it!

While it does write your notes it only transcribes no audio. and it doesn’t even allow for you to update the title or a description of the recording. Lastly, the section items section doesn’t work.

Been using it for the past few days and it is exactly what I hoped it was. Nothing complicated, does exactly what it says it does without the fluff. The analysis section is great, does not produce canned summaries. It appears to be doing something different for every different type of topic, which is great. Still playing with it.

Probably the best class lecture focused note taking I've seen yet. But the prices are steep and only given 30 free minutes a month.
-
Easy to use and actually useful. I pasted an AI product page, and it quickly showed which claims were vague, what proof to ask for, and what questions to bring to the vendor.
-
Amazing tool, helped so much in my undergrad. Would definitely recommend

Looks like a nice tool, but the pricing card needs updating, the black text on dark background is barely visible.

AudioScribe has been really helpful for turning meeting recordings into clean transcripts without much hassle. I especially like the AI summaries and speaker identification, since they make it much easier to review long conversations and pull out the key points. Solid tool overall, and definitely worth a 5-star rating.
-
It creates good notes, quizes, flashcards and many more things. It’s super useful. The only problem is the free trial it’s per tokens, and I just uploaded one pdf and half of the tokens were already used :( This free trial don’t really let the person try most of the resources.
