as mentioned before by somebody else, it's great that it's free that's a big plus. quality isn't anything crazy, but it does the job especially with human faces. tried it on a bunch of random stuff like objects, places, animals but the results vary depending on the original image quality. don't expect miracles on super lowres pics. still, the fact that it's 100% free is already good so yeah, that's a 4 starrer in my book

The onscreen image preview looked really great after processing, but when I downloaded it, it would not load into Image Analyzer - I got ”jpeg image error #53” instead. However, MS Paint loaded it and I saved it as a PNG. That solved the problem. Faces were rendered beautifully, but everything else in the photo was poor quality or even worse than the original

As far as image enlargement is concerned, I’m sorry to say that in my experience, the result is really inconclusive, especially when it comes to people. The face, and especially the eyes are very badly managed. The enlargement is too big all at once, and there’s no way of adjusting the number of times you want to enlarge the image. The resulting face loses any resemblance to the original. It's just comically bad and slow. Maybe with a better model and more styles they could pass some sort of bar but not like this...

A huge loss of detail after AI editing, because photos are only blurred (making it look sharper) and not really sharpened! Post-processing or correction is not possible.

Earlier this year, I tried three of the alternatives (below) that offered free trials. They were OK. Then I downloaded the desktop (Mac) trial version of Gigapixel AI (at the time vers. 6.3.3). The differences among all four can be subtle, but I pre-ordered vers. 7 of Gigapixel on the basis of that testing. And now, all I can say is "Wow!" I am an amateur photographer, not a professional, so your experience/opinion may vary. But as an amateur, let me repeat: "Wow!" And it has only gotten better with the subsequent updates -- the impact on long-ago photos from my beloved-but-ancient Olympus C2100UZ (2.1 MP... not a typo) is astonishing. Even those from my Nikon D7000 (16.2 MP) derive some benefit. Worth every penny!!!

Worked very well on upscaling as most of them do, but this one didn't enlarge the file size too much. It went from 1.63mb to 2.01mb, a very minor amount. It is expensive, 99.99, as of this writing. But also a one time fee that I can tell.
