Most AI tools start from zero. You paste in context, re-explain your work, and hope the output is relevant. Every. Single. Time. remio is different. It automatically captures everything you work on โ web pages you browse, documents you read, meetings you record, emails you send โ and turns it all into a living, private knowledge base. No manual tagging. No copy-pasting. No setup. Then, when you need to get something done, remio already knows your context. Write a doc, draft an email, generate a report, create slides โ just tell it what you need. It pulls from your actual work history to produce output that's genuinely relevant to you. What makes remio different: ๐ง Passive, automatic context capture โ works silently in the background ๐ Local-first & privacy-focused โ your data stays on your device โก BYOK support โ bring your own API key from OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek and more ๐ฅ๏ธ Local model support via Ollama ๐ Connects to Gmail, Google Docs, local files, YouTube, and more ๐ ๏ธ Build reusable aApp workflows powered by your own knowledge This is not another note-taking app. This is your personal agent โ one that already knows your world. From knowledge to getting things done. ๐ Try remio today. -

James๐ ๏ธ 1 tool ๐ 1 karmaJun 24, 2026@Clear CortexFounder here ๐ I built Clear Cortex because the chat window is the wrong shape for real work. Every new conversation starts from zero โ you re-paste the same context, re-explain the same project, and the good answers disappear into scrollback you'll never find again. So the model here is flipped: your work lives in a workspace you own, and the AI comes to it. Every leading model โ chat, image, audio, code โ works from the same canvas behind one login and one pot of credit. And every answer is cited back to the exact source it was built from, so you can open it a week later and still trust it. -
Great platform! Very impressed by the ability to combine documents to generate full research reports or extract data in large PDF files. -

I was searching for such a tool literally two days ago, and today I found it on theresanaiforthat. That's funny and awesome. It seems to work well.

Good to use even for free. Gives answers related directly to the info in the document, along with references to pages where it can be found. Also does well at analyzing graphs and charts

A great tool without a doubt. However I prefer to have something that stays under my sight, like a separate app or a browser extension.

AI that summarizes medical conversations into instant clinical documentationOpenAccurate summaries of patient visits. Requires review and some editing but I have found it to be easy to use and it has relieved much of the burden of documenting patient encounters in my practice.

Had several issues with app, beginning with a refresh needed to find the upload (figured out while waiting for help desk). Relatively straightforward conversion, rearranged fields, merged integer and text field. Conversion was Ok on first 30 lines and 2 pages, second 25 lines needed more manual editing. Was going to rate lower, tried Parseur was even worse.

I have used this for several personal assistant applications and it works amazingly. Obviously it is still restricted to the flaws of any model you are using it with, but the ability to constrain prompts is incredibly helpful (especially when it comes to getting things like JSON format from the AI).

Very unique document parser. Works extremely well even on complex PDF tables and emails

I couldn't really use it because it was more of an extension of ChatGPT. It asked for the API key, making it clear it wasn't an independent summarization tool. I feel like I could just go into ChatGPT and do the exact same thing. I'm looking for an independent platform focused on automatically summarizing and note-taking for students, but this seems more like an add-on rather than a standalone solution.

Paying $300-$500/month for a docs site, as a small founder, is way too much. We've been looking for a simple, affordable, practically autonomous tool like Docsio for a while.

This started from a small frustration that wouldn't go away: I'd open 12 tabs for "research," skim none of them properly, and close my laptop feeling more behind than when I started. The web rewards reading speed, not reading depth โ and I wanted a tool that flipped that. So I built GetTheGists: a Chrome extension that gives you the gist of any page in 3 seconds, then lets you ask follow-up questions like you would a smart friend who already read it. A few things we went out of our way to get right: - Cognitive hierarchy, not walls of text. Every summary is structured as Gist โ Why It Matters โ Key Takeaways โ Implications. Compression before precision. - Ask, don't just read. Hit the page with follow-ups, get answers grounded in the content. - 20 languages, full dark mode, and a resizable side panel that actually respects your screen. What surprised me building this: the hardest part wasn't the AI โ it was deciding what not to show. Every iteration was about removing a section, not adding one. It's free to try (Premium and Pro tiers if you want higher limits). I'd love your honest feedback โ especially on the summary format and where it falls short on your favorite kind of page. I'll be in the comments all day. Thank you for taking a look ๐

Didn't really like the output, made some good directives for me and insight that i haven't came across so far. Not really sure if i will trust it with my main projects though. How safe is it?

Hi everyone. ๐ I created Ozigi because I was tired of seeing AI slop in content all over the internet, from social media posts to long-form content. Ozigi operates on two principles: 1. We eliminate AI slop words from your content, using a banned lexicon feature that filters common/known AI words or structures from getting into your content. 2. We encourage a human-in-the-loop philosophy. We do not believe in mindless automation that values quantity over quality. We value quality, and that is why it is important to us to make sure that you--a human--reviews the generated content first before setting it up for publishing. Ozigi does more than just social media content. It generates email newsletters and blogppsts as well.

Been using TranscriptTool whenever I need to quickly turn short videos into text. I like that it keeps things simple and makes it easier to review claims or pull quotes without having to watch clips repeatedly. Handy tool for anyone dealing with video content regularly.

Pretty handy, not always helpful since sometimes notes are not in a simple text format, but it does the job

Could you please guide me step by step on how you found the pricing page? All I can find is a Pro subscription page that doesn't display any prices.
