Echother is exactly what I was looking for to speed up our meetings. While other tools trap you in $X/month subscriptions for basic transcription, echother does something different, it connects your meeting discussions to your actual codebase and generates Jira tickets with real context. The repo-aware ticket generation cut our sprint refinement time in half because we stopped re-explaining everything. I think Slidely is the only tool that has worked for me when creating my client presentations. The presentations aren't web pages or images like the other tools but actual PowerPoint slides which I really like.

We built this for us, and if other people want to use it, so be it, but I’m not going to try and sell on why one should use or buy it. Judging by the sign-ups and upgrades, it looks like more people are finding it useful. You are right about #1 and that line does sound a bit dishonest and salesy - which was unintentional so I’m changing that. It was very real though and we carefully baked in tiny little details for our upgraded users. For eg, we have invited most of our upgraded users to try the mobile apps’ TestFlight version.

While it does write your notes it only transcribes no audio. and it doesn’t even allow for you to update the title or a description of the recording. Lastly, the section items section doesn’t work.
