Their rep Andres was really helpful getting me set up. Within about 3 months I noticed a decent increase in callbacks, which has helped my business. Overall, VoiceDrop has been worth the cost so far. It gives you time to get it all out and a lot of times I feel better just by verbalizing issues out loud. I really appreciate that the report from the session reflects everything I've said in a structured way, so I don't have to worry about talking super coherently. It also provides useful insights and recommendations. The whole self-care topic has always sounded like a chore to me but I actually enjoy this.

When making reservations at restaurants and asking for information about scenic spots, the functions of live call captioning, highlighting information and prompting terms make me, a non-native speaker, no longer afraid of conversation. Even after hanging up the phone, I can review the information without having to grab a pen to write it down. Imagine that after you make a phone call, all the key information, such as the location of the restaurant and the phone number of the contact, are saved and highlighted in the record. What a worry-free and magical experience it is!

I used to ask it to explain math problems to me, and any other questions. It gave detailed and comprehensive explanations. It used to be free, but now it is premium so I can't use it anymore. Overall, it's really great.

I attempt to use the software, and offered a free trial for a professional voice clone, however one signed up it required me to pay in order to try what was offered as free. I figured I would try it anyways, paid for the software, tried it out. The voices do not offer good emotional quality and sounded extremely robotic. Customer service did offer me a full refund once I explain the situation and how it would not work for my use case. I wish to see further reiterations of this, it has potential, it’s just not there yet.

For example, they dont tell you that you need a Twilio account - and now Im stuck erroring out. Great idea and slick marketing but we will see how the support on this goes hmmm....
