There is no longer unlimited messages for subscribers. It has since sparked an outrage among the community with many ending their subscriptions and moving away from Poe.

I used to ask it to explain math problems to me, and any other questions. It gave detailed and comprehensive explanations. It used to be free, but now it is premium so I can't use it anymore. Overall, it's really great.

The platform also lacks proper tagging for models, making discovery awkward, and the limited male variety makes it feel unbalanced for users seeking more options. To improve, DreamTavern should expand its male character selection, refine its model tagging, and add immersive features like calling. Compared with Character AI, which offers depth, diversity, and memory, DreamTavern still feels half-baked.
