Hey this is Tan, I'm the creator of NotesBot. I created this tool because I needed it for my own meetings. After using myself and getting great summarization reviews from my peers, I decided to release it to the public. After release, we realized people were also using it for Dungeons and Dragons, I then added a DnD mode. This tool is non-invasive, very easy to set up, and perfect for meetings. I hope you enjoy using it! -

I've tried 10 note-taking tools, and so far this is the best. My work is now much simpler and more efficient.
-
wow, I just tried this and I'm actually shocked as to how good this is... Half the price of using GPT/Claude to help me with my notetaking and it's honestly 10x faster. This is a gamechanger for me, thank you!!

AI Notebook does what it promises, it's a decent on the go note-taking app. I like the automated tweak of these newer note-taking apps. I can just throw in pdfs, voice memos or youtube videos, and it'll generate all type oof different format like summaries, mind maps or flashcards. Extremely useful for students and professionals as it digest lengthy materials into small chunks of text. Recommended for anyone looking for a no-frills note taker tool

We built this for us, and if other people want to use it, so be it, but I’m not going to try and sell on why one should use or buy it. Judging by the sign-ups and upgrades, it looks like more people are finding it useful. You are right about #1 and that line does sound a bit dishonest and salesy - which was unintentional so I’m changing that. It was very real though and we carefully baked in tiny little details for our upgraded users. For eg, we have invited most of our upgraded users to try the mobile apps’ TestFlight version.

Love Dadan's new AI features. I used to hate searching through videos to find specific points and actions. Now I just get AI Assist to transcribe them and use one of the meeting templates to find what I need in a few seconds.

OpenThis is my favourite, so handy and works brilliant -
OpenI played around with PodScribe.IO for just 5 minutes, and it helped me save at least 35 minutes when transcribing my first podcast (for free - have not subscribed to the paid version yet). That's pretty sweet! The way it presents and separates podcast data into different formats is really well done. It makes it super easy to find what you're looking for.
-
There is nothing here that meets the presentation requirements. The slides are monotonous and boring; it's as if I just copied my entire text and pasted it onto 10 slides - there's no value in that. The information is inconvenient and uninteresting to read. It's even summarised and organized worse than I could do it in 5 mins. It's better to use free GPT and put all into slides then use this. Omg it's really very bad, extremely poor, and I will never use it again.

It does it's job and I love that it has a lifetime plan

Unlimited transcripts, summaries, 99.8% accuracy, speaker recognition, superfastOpenI already have another transcription tool, but this one is much better. I love the different features such as the summary, quiz, and chapters. It does a great job of them. I've only done one transcript so far to try it out, but I'm truly impressed and am going to grab another code. A couple things that would make it even better are: - the ability to rename the files and organize them through folders. - the ability to download a copy of the other features as well as the transcript. Copying and pasting it works, but doesn't keep the format. -

Visual expression artifact. Turn docs and ideas into instant diagrams with AI.OpenGame changer. Stays on topic, generates solid layouts, fast, and switching formats is smoother than I expected, so what else do you really want/need? Big plus that it lets you test things properly before hitting you with a paywall (most tools do exactly that). Giving this one a 5 for sure!

Turn scripts into creator-style videos instantly.OpenI built this because I had a spare RTX 5090 sitting idle and friends in e-commerce kept telling me UGC videos were too expensive. Most AI UGC tools cost 80 to 110 dollars a month, about 10 dollars per video. My prototype can already create 3-minute videos, but it takes almost an hour on one GPU, so I limited the public version to 30 seconds while I scale to 4 GPUs. Would love feedback on the best pricing model and go-to-market.

👋 Hey everyone — I’m Yusef, founder of Jamy. We built Jamy because we were tired of wasting time after meetings — rewriting notes, chasing action items, and trying to remember what was actually said. Jamy handles all of that automatically: it joins your calls, transcribes, summarizes, pulls tasks and quotes, and even sends branded follow-ups. It works with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, and phone calls — and connects with tools like Slack, Trello, and Notion. If you’re curious, give it a spin — jamy.ai. Would love your feedback! — Yusef

its really good, works super well. I use a lot for resumes at classes.
-
Super simple, beautiful integration into a broad range of workflows.
-
While it does write your notes it only transcribes no audio. and it doesn’t even allow for you to update the title or a description of the recording. Lastly, the section items section doesn’t work.

very accurate transcription. summaries are spot on. and can transcribe conversations in real-time. easy to use

This is a nice concept. Anyway app needs to be more polished. Can’t delete notes. I was expecting auto assign of topics, or at least suggestions to be more creative instead of just showing some random words from the text I’ve entered.
