After upgrading to an iPhone 13, I found that I couldn't log into my existing account on the new phone, forcing me to create a new account. Now, I have two separate Kin accounts on different phones. Today, when I accessed the beta version of Kin, I got a notification stating that the test version ended on Monday, September 23rd. It instructed me to back up my data and move to the official Kin app. I did as advised—backed up my data, confirmed, uninstalled the beta app via TestFlight, and installed the official Kin app. However, when I attempted to “log in”, I was still unable to access my existing account. This issue hasn't been resolved yet. I have been trying desperately to get in contact with the support team. I left feedback through the test flight app and sent emails. No response. Now trying to find a forums, Reddit posts, TAAFT comments☻ -

They offer anonymous payments, IP and fingerprint protection, encrypted instances, anonymous usage. You can tell they addressed privacy concerns around AI very seriously. I love that my chat history cannot be traced to me in any way. Their interface is user-friendly and provides unlimited access to the most popular AI models like Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4 mini, Llama 3.1 405B, etc..., and the cool thing is, they can all be used at the same time! I attempt to use the software, and offered a free trial for a professional voice clone, however one signed up it required me to pay in order to try what was offered as free. I figured I would try it anyways, paid for the software, tried it out. The voices do not offer good emotional quality and sounded extremely robotic. Customer service did offer me a full refund once I explain the situation and how it would not work for my use case. I wish to see further reiterations of this, it has potential, it’s just not there yet.
