Concierge

A Concierge is responsible for providing personalized assistance to guests or clients. They are usually stationed in hotels, apartment buildings or other public venues to help guests with various requests, such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, and providing general information.

Concierges need to be knowledgeable, resourceful and customer-oriented, while also having excellent communication skills and an ability to multitask.
