Desk Receptionist

A Desk Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests and customers as they enter an office, hotel or other establishment. They answer phones, take messages and direct enquiries to the appropriate personnel, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of traffic through the reception area.

They may also perform administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling appointments. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
