Scheduling Coordinator

A Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating schedules for a group of individuals or a team. They ensure that appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently and that all parties involved are informed of any changes.

Duties may also include communicating with clients or customers to schedule appointments and managing documentation related to scheduling activities. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required for this role.
