Decided to hunker down and learn the platform over a weekend. It was fairly simple. Early results have been mostly good though the AI continues to hallucinate from time to time. The bigger issue is that support is non-existent. And surprisingly, their AI powered chat bot is useless. Often fails to answer even basic questions about the platform.

Spent hours over 2 days trying to up the most basic inbound call agent. Its not quite that straightforward. The How-to's are missing heaps of info. For example, they dont tell you that you need a Twilio account - and now Im stuck erroring out. Great idea and slick marketing but we will see how the support on this goes hmmm....

This is by far the most impressive AI for sales that I've seen. I have only done a test scenario, but it did really well. However, I could see how this could be used unethically and I'm not sure about their business model. They are fairly aggressive about sending me SMS messages. That said, the tech is amazing.
